These terms apply to this website and to products sold by Lake Hose Products, LLC ("Lake Hose Products," "we," "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Independent Distributor

Lake Hose Products is an independent wholesale distributor. We do not manufacture any product we sell, including coolMaster Silicone Hose and OATMaster hose (manufactured by hydraPower Dynamics). Specifications, ratings and other product data on this site come from the manufacturers and may change without notice.

2. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for selecting products and for verifying that their specifications, ratings, compatibility and suitability match your application, including fluid or coolant type, temperature, pressure and installation. You are also responsible for proper installation, inspection and maintenance. If in doubt, confirm with the manufacturer before ordering: OATMaster or coolMaster Hose.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

PRODUCTS AND ALL INFORMATION ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAKE HOSE PRODUCTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any product warranty is solely the manufacturer's, and we will pass it through to you where available.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAKE HOSE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DOWNTIME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lake Hose Products from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the misuse, misapplication, improper installation or maintenance of products you buy from us.

6. Quotes and Terms of Sale

We sell exclusively to distributors and OEMs; end users are referred to a distributor. Pricing is quoted on request. Quotes, pricing and lead times are provided at the time of quote. Net terms are available to qualifying distributors.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ohio law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the State of Ohio.
